Gold Taste Resolutions

What are you tasting this year?

Barrel Tales

By Clayton

Sometimes, and I mean sometimes with a grain of salt. There’s an excellent idea that floats by worth grasping and making something out of it.

One of the tasting competitions that’s well regarded is the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The plan is to sample as many Double Gold or Platinum winners this year as possible.

That means I’ll have to go whiskey hunting…..so sad :)

What’s in our Glass

  • Glenlivet 12 - Notes of fresh peaches, pears, and vanilla. A single-malt Scotch you can appreciate anywhere

  • Jimmy’s Batch from Booker’s has a new release that’s comprised from different levels in their warehouse, which changes the flavor. Sweet and smooth on the nose with spice notes on the palate.
